Full Wedding planning Service Package
Just as every couple is unique, so are their needs for a wedding planner.
So whether you would like all the planning done for you or just some of the details taken care of, Sea to Sky Celebrations will create a personalized package that will bring your vision to life. Sea to Sky Celebrations provides the following wedding and event planning services:

• Venue recommendations, negotiation and selection
• Assistance with ambience design- including floor plan, décor, lighting etc
• Catering and menu development
• Vendor recommendation, negotiation and selection - including officiants, photographers, videographers, florists, musicians, djs/ entertainment, hair and makeup artists, spa facilities, cake artists, bridal gown recommendations, transportation and accommodation recommendations and bookings, and local group or individual activities.
• Invitation and stationary design consulting including escort cards, ceremony programs and the production of handcrafted stationary by Sea to Sky Celebrations.
• Detailed time-line development for vendors and wedding party
• Budget planning
• Rehearsal direction and rehearsal dinner planning
• Wedding day orchestration of vendors, guests, wedding party and officiant.
• Unlimited phone and email contacts

Wedding Day Coordination Package
Personalized wedding coordination will be offered to clients who have planned their weddings but require assistance in the last month prior to the wedding and on the wedding day itself. As the wedding day coordinator Sea to Sky Celebrations will:

• Meet with the client to discuss how the wedding will flow
• Create a detailed timeline for vendors and wedding party
• Review all vendor contracts and contract vendors to confirm all the details
• Wrap up any forgotten loose ends
• Coordinate wedding rehearsal
  
  For the wedding day Sea to Sky Celebrations will:

• Be at the location to greet vendors and receive all deliveries
• Coordinate, direct and assist with set-up and decorating
• Ensure that final payments are distributed to vendors
• Assist guests and wedding party as needed
• Pin boutonnieres and corsages
• Direct ceremonial processionals including musicians
• Keep an eye on the timeline
• Troubleshoot and manage from behind the scenes
• Ensure items such as the Guest Book and left items are gathered at the end of the event
• Unlimited phone and email contacts
• Free initial consultation or meeting

A La Carte Wedding Service Package
This package will be created for clients looking for a selection of services, additional services or a specialized service. An hourly rate or a flat rate will be available.
